The Irish Youth Work Centre has run over 90 workshops which cater to the training support needs of both Youth Work Ireland Member Youth Services and the wider youth and community sector in Ireland.

The focus of the training is on practice-based workshops which provide training tools for youth and community workers on themes such as Supervision; Youth Work Planning; Youth Work Evaluation and Recording & Report Writing Skills.

There is also a focus on specific youth and community based issues such as Working with Minority Groups; Sexuality & Health Related Issues and Dealing with Challenging Behaviour.
